The final food is Curry Udon! It is served using thick chewy udon noodles, Japanese curry(I like it more as a sauce not broth), pork/chicken katsu, and extra addon like scallions. It's a 20th century Japanese fusion dish. Which combined a Tokyo style curry udon made in 1904-1909 with tonkatsu. Which was later popular in late 1940s. It blends together fried cutlets, and british intoduced curry.
