The second food is Bun Bo hue! It commonly consist of thick rice noodles, sliced beef, pork hocks or blood cake. The broth comes from beef/pork bones, fermented shrimp past and lemongrass. A spicy beef noodle soup that originated from the imperial city of Hue in central Vietnam. Believed to have been created during the 16th century reign of the Nguyen lords. It was rooted in royal cuisine and popular for its complex broth.
